SEOWiki:Introduction

SEO Wiki has been established with the aim of providing a repository of Resources, Definitions and Information related to Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Internet/Online Marketing.

Because of the dynamic nature of SEO, it is not anticipated that SEO Wiki will become a cutting edge "How To" guide for Search Engine Optimisation and Marketing techniques, and as a rule SEO Wiki will probably not be at the bleeding edge of SEO strategy - or provide detailed technical information about how to maximise site rankings. There are already a great many, very good SEO Forums and Blogs that provide technical solutions and debate about SEO techniques.

At the moment most areas of SEO Wiki are open for collaboration to members of the SEO community and the general public - after all.. that's what Wikis are all about... However, in the event of spamming, or submission of inappropriate content, it may become necessary to restrict update access to registered users only.
